The skanner killed the colors... tried to fix it up, but im not sure if i might just have made it worse xD

Whoa, the detail! It's always impressive to see a piece where every tuft of fur, every feather (with every barb of the vanes), and every curve in fabric(? cloth? I don't know for sure what the 'rainbow tail' is made of) X-D I also like the choice to "normalize" all the colors from the ref sheet into earthy tones - it gives a nice unification to the image (even if the combination of intense detail with similar tones makes things sometimes blend together).
I'm not incredibly fond of the background, as it looks awkwardly separate from the rest of the image. The only thing that looks objectively wrong, though, is that the back left foot seems too far forward to me.
Otherwise, great piece! I love the action of the pose and the realism (and, of course, the detail and colors).
